The subscription to the newsletter is aimed at sending information communications by the Data Controller or its Data Processors, using direct email or through email marketing channels offered by third party providers, containing commercial and similar communications relating to products or services of the Data Controller or its Managers, including promotions, initiatives, sponsorships, prize events, as well as other similar operations.

The data may be communicated to connected companies, connected or controlled by the owner or manager, as well as consultants, or also to third parties that operate, also in the name and account of the owner, for the fulfillment of services connected to the purposes indicated in this information, both intra-EU and non-EU (in the latter case, it will be exclusively subjects adhering to the Privacy Shield protocol). In particular, the communication may take place in favor of third party providers that provide mail marketing, automation marketing and similar services.

Complaints

Complaint (art.77 GDPR):

Each interested party has the right to lodge a complaint pursuant to articles 77 and following of the GDPR to a supervisory authority, which for the Italian State is identified in the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.

The forms, methods and terms for proposing complaints are provided for and governed by current national legislation.

The complaint is without prejudice to administrative and jurisdictional actions, which for the Italian State may alternatively propose to the same Guarantor or to the competent Court.
